The Rainbow Bridge is a beautiful story. It was written to comfort us at the loss of a companion animal. Perhaps it is because we are so connected through such a close relationship that we feel so deeply when one of our friends crosses over this bridge. Either way, this legend helps us all find peace in knowing that who ever left or passed away is still alive and happy in another place just beyond the rainbow.
