Teo1904 estimates that he slept 34 hours of sleep through the marathon.

It took him eight days to reach level 99. This works out to approximately five hours of sleep each night. The streamer deserves credit for catching the occasional wink, however. We've seen Apex Legends and League of Legends streamers reach their maximum rank, which is essentially zero, in single streams, and it looks brutal.

Teo1904 was not able to hit the milestone by himself Diablo 2 Resurrected Items, however. The streamer was able to do it with a bit of help from friends MacroBioBoi, BTNeandertha1, Rob2628, Jymnasium, Raxxanterax as well as others as the group employed various strategies to optimise the amount of grind.
