Madden 23 Coins Franchise Mode brings back a significant feature from Madden 15

Madden 23 Franchise Mode will be a big test for some fans , as they assess whether it's time to jump back into the series that has been running for so long. Although not every fan-favorite feature will be back however, one of the features from Madden 15 has found its way into Madden 23 Franchise Mode.

When the announcements began appear around Madden 23 on the 23rd of March, there was a natural focus on what exactly they would bring to Franchise.Over the last several years, and especially in the wake of the #FixMaddenFranchise initiative there have been a lot of players pushing for EA Sports to enhance the game's play experience.

Scouting was the most significant area of enhancement in Madden 22. however, even the updates that came after launch did not meet the expectations. The initial Gridiron Notes about Madden 23 stated "The Drama of NFL Free Agency" which was the guiding light, and more refinements towards Trade Logic AI, scouting, staff management, weekly strategies and many more.

The account briefly discussed "new motivations for athletes, such as salary and location that are influencing contract negotiations" and this was reinforced by a report from Madden23Leaks who are on Twitter. The account pointed out that the features that are returning are the bid interest meters seen in Madden 15 during negotiations for contracts.

We were able to test Madden 23 Franchise Mode during the closed beta and we're able to confirm that the new athlete motivations feature does look a lot like similar to the Madden 15 feature.

The announcement that there will be a feature was added to Madden 15 alone could be interesting for long-time fans and they've certainly performed some refinements to the game as well.While there were bids interest charts from Madden 15 were more general, things felt very catered towards the player we were playing in beta for Madden 23 test version. Negotiations to sign up new talents or to re-sign existing players included a screen that highlighted three primary reasons.
