In the last OSRS gold week, just hours prior to when the updated Runelite HD was due for an official release the 117 group was contacted by Jagex in a letter requesting that work cease and the release should be pulled. Based on rumours of activity on his profile in the year 2006 the myth was circulated that it was true that he was still alive however, it was also claimed to be due to hackers who gained access to his account that was locked.
