What You Should Know About the Lubrication System of Concrete Pump

Lubrication system of concrete pump inlcudes manual lubrication and automatic lubrication.

Manual lubrication

The screw cover type oil cup is used, and the grease is filled to the oil cup first, and the pressure generated by the screw cover is pressed to the friction surface. For example, there is a screw cover type oil cup on each cylinder seat of the two swing valves. In the pumping process, the cap should be lubricated every 4h, so that the spherical friction surface is in a good lubrication state.

Automatic lubrication

The automatic lubrication system combines the advantages of double-line lubrication system and progressive lubrication system, which can be lubricated with grease and hydraulic oil respectively. It consists of manual lubricating pump, dry oil filter, one-way four-way valve, progressive distribution valve, double-line lubrication center and pipeline, as shown in Figure 1-0. The automatic lubrication system can lubricate the following lubrication points: mixing bearings, S-tube size bearings, concrete pistons in the delivery cylinder.

In the automatic lubrication system, the manual lubricating pump is the lubricating auxiliary grease supply device. The handle of the grease pump should be pulled before starting the pump each time. When grease overflow is observed at the mixing bearing and S-tube bearing, the manual oil pump can be stopped. During the pumping of concrete, the system is provided with hydraulic oil as lubricant by a two-line lubrication center to automatically lubricate the mechanical system. For manual lubricating pumps, non-extreme pressure type "oo "semi-fluid file base grease in summer, non-extreme pressure type "000" semi-fluid keng base grease in winter.
