Usage Method Of Lab Vortex Mixer

1. Before use, keep the power off before turning on the machine and gently turn the speed button to the left to adjust the button to Z small value to prevent high speed from bringing liquid splash.

2. Place the instrument on a smooth working table, and then place the utensils (e.g. beaker, test tube, triangular flask) containing the solution to be mixed on the rotating head smoothly. It should be noted that in the operation of multiple samples, bottling should be kept roughly level with the volume of each sample within the bottle, so as to avoid large vibrations during the mixing experiment.

3. Turn on the power switch, and the indicator light is on. Gently adjust the speed knob to the right, uniformly up to the desired speed.

4. The lab vortex mixer is mainly used for mixing liquid operations. Now, most of the styles have support for point mode and continuous mode can be selected to adapt to the needs of different experiments.

5. After the end of the test, do not immediately disconnect the power supply, you should turn the speed knob to the left, and reduce the speed, slow down the rotation before turning off the power.

6. After use to clean in time, usually should be stored in a dry, ventilated, non-corrosive gas place.
