(1) Dust remover. As the dust exists in the bag and has a certain water absorption, when the burner starts to work, it is necessary to reasonably adjust the dry water to avoid dust removal equipment failure due to excessive moisture inhalation by the dust in the bag. At the same time, there is a flue in front of the bag filter. The flue will be worn due to excessive dust, so the dust must be removed in time to ensure that the bag is clean. Moreover, attention should be paid to the maintenance of the dust collector. As sulfuric acid is easy to corrode the pipeline of the dust collector, if the production is stopped at noon, it is easy to cause a fire due to overheating of the pipeline. Therefore, after the equipment has been running for 32 hours, lithium based composite grease is used to lubricate the suspension bearing in the dust collector to ensure the normal operation of the powder feeding screw.
(2) Induced draft fan. When the induced draft fan works for 50 hours, the bearing of the induced draft fan shall be lubricated and filled with lithium based composite grease. Clean the nozzle in time after oil injection with high and low pressure gun. Since the motor bearing can work normally without lubrication, it only needs routine maintenance. Start the induced draft fan under severe conditions. If it is full of dust, corrosion and high temperature, shorten the lubrication interval.
In addition, pay attention to the following three aspects: First, delay and reduce the probability of secondary dust layer on the filter bag surface as much as possible. The operator shall build a site meeting the slope requirements according to the construction site conditions of aggregate storage, and strictly check the site data to prevent excessive moisture. At the same time, the proportion of oil and air shall be reasonably adjusted according to the conditions of diesel burners. When cleaning the bag, reduce the filter resistance by manual cleaning; Second, before the mechanical equipment is started, the dust collector shall be slowly preheated to keep the temperature above 100 ℃ to further improve the production capacity and prevent condensation; The third is to seal the dust remover. Optimize the dust removal structure to prevent the system from being polluted, that is, optimize the valve cover material and valve structure.
