The Radar Altimeter Simulator is a portable FM CW and pulsed radio altimeter simulator based on RF processing technology. Quickly connect to an onboard radio altimeter via two antenna couplers, RF emulates radio altimeter. The simulation range is from 0 meters to 15,000 meters, providing a simulation accuracy of ±0.3 meters. The altitude can be simulated at a single point, or the altitude change rate can be set to achieve continuous and smooth slope altitude simulation to verify the decision altitude and altitude journey of the automatic landing system. While simulating the altitude, measure the altimeter parameters, including frequency, power, etc., to judge the working state of the altimeter. The device can run independently, or it can run under program control through the data interface.
