The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, has made it clear that reciting each letter of the Book of God is rewarded with ten good deeds. On the authority of Abdullah bin Masoud, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Whoever recites a letter from the Book of God has it for him.” A good deed, and a good deed is ten like it. I do not say Alif is a letter, but Alif is a letter, and Lam is a letter, and Mim is a letter.”

Reason for peace and mercy
He came to the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and mentioned that to him, so he said: That tranquility descended for the Qur’an).

Reciting the Qur’an is an honor for the reader
God - Glory be to Him - raised the status of the reader of the Noble Qur’an, as it was proven in the authentic hadith on the authority of Abu Musa al-Ash’ari - may God be pleased with him - he said: The Messenger of God - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - said:

Targah: It is a combined fruit of good taste and smell, good color, and its benefits are many.

The Qur’an will intercede for its companion in the grave and on the Day of Resurrection
It is proven in the authentic hadith that the Noble Qur’an will intercede for its companion on the Day of Resurrection. On the authority of Abu Umamah Al-Bahili - may God be pleased with him - he said: The Messenger of God - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - said: (Read the Qur’an, for it will come on the Day of Resurrection interceding for its companions) [8] Dallah bin Amr - may God be pleased with him - said: The Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace - said: (Fasting and the Qur’an will intercede for the servant on the Day of Resurrection)
