He is a blond man who stands beside a birdcage. He will let you know to speak to 'women on vacation'. To do this, visit the shore plus the shallow water where 4 women are waiting on. Above their heads is going to be displayed 'Woman on Holiday'. Talk to them, and head to Ronald.

Upon completion, you are going to be rewarded the 'shy' emote. The next mission from Ronald should be to learn the emote and employ it on a lady. After that, just as before head returns to Ronald. The next mission would be to send instructions using the birdcage. Send the letter, by which afterward, Ronald will likely be right near to you to speak with again.

Talking to Ronald, he'll send someone to the Frozen Sea in Shushire. Teleport towards the 'Thieve's Gathering' and meet with 'Ladies' Man Mark'. Mark will start to send you using a quest to help women, through which fighting enemies are going to be required.

Once the many enemies are defeated, talk to her and tell her to run away before okay Mark. Mark will give you instructions from Zenri. Read the letter, send one back, and talk with Mark again. You'll be provided for Runaway Island to discover three relationship experts.

Finding their bond experts is rather simple, all of them are relatively close together. Every expert may have a prompt above their head, where you meet with all three. Now, head each of the ways back to Zenre on Liebehiem. Talk to him and you should receive the Serenade of Love song.
