The operation includes the rental of 68,000 square meters of surface for a period of 25 years. The warehouse will be built on a 127,000 m 2 plot , which represents a quarter of the total available land for the Illescas Green Logistics Park project. The investment by Aquila Capital is more than 50 million euros of the total of 200 million projected for the development of Illescas Green Logistics Park. Delivery of the ship is scheduled for the first quarter of 2022.
