The service market is confidently striving for the digitalized bazaar model, when the consumer's request is satisfied by those who are closer and more profitable. Uber delivers the service so quickly and easily because, in essence, anyone with a smartphone and a car is a potential employee for the brand. Collaboration and smartphone sharing is nothing new, but Uber was the first brand to apply these principles to the on-demand economy on a massive scale.
