Being in a relationship can make you feel on top of the world. But how will it be fair when you are backed into a corner? Let's talk about how true love conquers chaos.

Living through the chaos in this world, can get lonely.

The burden on your shoulder keeps weighing you down – and before you know it, you are grounded. The glass holding all of your emotions overflows, and you have no idea what to do or where to go.

Life is reduced to cascading chaos, and you stare adversity dead in the eye, thinking you won’t make it.

Then, somehow, someone comes along, holding the glass with you, sharing your burdens until you are back on your feet. You are in the presence of love.

Let’s talk about how true love can conquer chaos.

What is “True” Love?

But first, what even is this thing called love? Is it just a union of two like-minded individuals? Or the opposite? Is it a twist of fate? Or just prolonged infatuation?

The truth is that the definition of true love is subjective; everyone has their own. Some call it companionship, while others may have a rather platonic view. This is why love is something even science has trouble fully explaining.

Universally, true love is a deep emotion laced with an intellectual connection that transcends physical attraction. It’s when the relationship isn’t bound by the superficial, and there is effortless chemistry and genuine understanding.

Through the sparks that fly, turn into a burning passion, and condense into murmurs, there is loyalty. True love is when you find comfort in each other’s silences, caught in a never-ending embrace.

Through Chaos

It sounds poetic, does it not?

But with love, no matter how true it may seem or how certain you are about the other individual, doubts may surface through crevices of insecurity and adversity.

These instances may manifest questions that would make you spiral. Out of all of them, the biggest question will be: Will this last?

This one line puts the strength of relationships to the test. You never really know how strong your relationship is until it is faced with adversity. This notion distinguishes the difference between true love and, well, “love.”

Love may weaken if wrecked with turmoil. Individuals recall what infatuation means to them. And before you know it, you are back to square one, reading the first line of this blog.

But let’s say you are lucky enough to find true love in your life.

Chaos is just any other obstacle.

Together Triumphant

True love is maddening. It’s when you know that nothing can come in the way of you and your partner; no external force, not even nature itself. Where love has you weak and vulnerable, you make each other stronger when facing the world. Impossible means nothing and forever seems within arms’ reach. You are together triumphant.

In the presence of true love, you are content, complete, and ready to face whatever may come your way.

Remember, the stronger the bond, the more your love will be tested.
