Inform Gompar you mended the wall. He'll thank you and supply you 16,000 gp. Tell him you think the boat belonged to a priest that was sailing this manner. He'll state that he saw a few human beings swim into a nearby cave in a water cliff but it caved in because of little earthquake. Proceed to the cave and mine the rocks blocking it (requires 43 mining.) Go in the cave and it'll be dry in there because the water can not cheap OSRS gold reach far enough to flood it.
