Daily blessings and prayers from Scripture.

Psalm 18:28 The psalmist wrote, “You, Lord, keep my lamp burning; my God turns my darkness into light.”

1 John 4:18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves punishment, and the one who fears is not perfected in love.

Isaiah 65:24 Before they call I will answer; while they are still speaking I will hear.

Psalm 121:4 Behold, He who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.

Acts 4:20 We cannot help speaking about what we have seen and heard

Luke 6:36 Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful.

May you be willing, and able, to be counted among the people of God who are “able to serve in the army of God,” and become overcomers, walking in the triumph and promise of victory as you follow the Commander of heaven's hosts. Numbers 26

May you be willing to let the family of God be yours, over the family ties after the flesh, welcoming all who join the Lord, and urging in compassion all who are still seeking, but not clinging to those who have rejected the Word of God, even as the family of Korah did, for they did not die when Korah rebelled and the earth swallowed him up. Numbers 26

As you seek God, worshiping, fasting, and praying, may you speak about Jesus to all who are looking forward to His redemption. Luke 2

May you grow strong in the Lord, and be filled with wisdom, and have the grace of God upon you. Luke 2

When you become distracted, worried, and fearful in your search for the answer, may you remember that He will be found in His Father's house, and is waiting for you there. Luke 2

May you grow in wisdom and in favor with God and men. Luke 2

The attacks and assaults of the enemy that you have felt, My child, have been strong and persistent, causing you to look for a way out of the pressure and stress and bring you relief and rest. You have sought Me and cried out to Me for rescue but haven't received it, for the tribulation continues.
You have searched the Word for a promise of deliverance, but the letters have remained simply ink on paper. You begin to wonder if I have forgotten you, or if you mean so little to Me that I have overlooked or lost sight of you, when so many others have been blessed with answers to their prayers.
You have searched your heart for hidden sin, concerned that the weakness of the flesh has separated you from My Spirit, leaving you open in unhindered access to the evil one's desires.
It is the desire of My heart for you to know, My dear one, that I have remained with you in every battle and throughout each attack, and it has been My will that drew the boundaries around you against the enemy's will when your endurance began to falter. I answered your prayer for deliverance from the struggle, My precious one, by giving you My strength to withstand more than you thought you could face. I have shared the sorrow and the pain you have felt, and I bore the brunt of it, not permitting it to overwhelm you. The portion you bore, My love, provided the motivation to turn to Me and seek me in ways and for areas of your life that could not be reached in calm and predictable times.
The enemy sought to steal, kill and destroy, but you endured, becoming stronger, more stable and patient, more understanding and accepting of others who face these trials, as your roots went deep and made you more fruitful.
The Father overlooks no one who is His, whether you are a mighty warrior or a timid servant, and He places the limits on His enemy, never allowing evil to have its way unchecked or its will unbounded in your life. Before the attack ever starts, He lovingly prepares you with what you will need to overcome when the battle finally runs its course.
Because you have sought the Lord, you have found Him in many ways and at other times than you would have expected. As you gain the vision of what God is doing in your life through events and people, you will be able to rise up in faith and let fear fall away as you walk in a new awareness of His love, knowing that you are accepted by the Father, and that you will gain new expressions of His mercy in ministry to others because of what you have learned in your private times before the Lord your Savior.

When God shows His people desperate times, may you be among those who hold Him in respectful awe, for He will raise a banner to be unfurled against the bow. Psalm 60

May God save you and help you with His right hand to deliver you, as He does for those He loves. Psalm 60

May God bring you to the fortified city and lead you against the foe, for He will aid you against the enemy. Psalm 60

May you look to God to gain the victory, for He will trample down your enemy. Psalm 60
