Daily blessings and prayers from Scripture.

Matthew 6:19-20 Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust consume and where thieves break in and steal; 20 but store up for yourselves treasures in heaven.

Luke 12:18-19 The rich man said, “I will do this: I will pull down my barns and build larger ones, and there I will store all my grain and my goods. 19 And I will say to my soul, ‘Soul, you have ample goods laid up for many years; relax, eat, drink, be merry.’”

Deuteronomy 4:29 But if from there you seek the LORD your God, you will find Him if you look for Him with all your heart and with all your soul.

Revelation 22:12-14 And, behold, I come quickly; and My reward is with Me, to give every man according as his work shall be. 13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. 14 Blessed are they that do His commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

Genesis 2:17 But you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat from it you will surely die.

Revelation 22:21 The grace of the Lord Jesus be with God’s people. Amen.

May you know that wickedness which is committed to gain earthly authority is a foundation that will quickly fail, but righteousness performed in humility will bring enduring reward. Judges 9

May you realize that those who put their trust in concepts and powers that deny the truth of God will not find help when they need it, for it will be a staff that breaks when they lean on it for support, piercing their hand and wrenching their back. But confidence placed in God and faith based on the promises in His Word will be a shield of protection against all attack and a strong foundation for all that His Spirit leads you to do. Judges 9

May you be blessed to live during the times of righteous leaders and know quiet and peaceable times, for humble, active and useful rulers yield little news and make few headlines. Judges 10

May you serve the Lord as you get rid of the earlier influences within you and allow the Lord to do with you whatever He thinks best so that He may rescue you from further misery. Judges 10

Do you long for the green pastures and the peaceful waters that you recall from the past, My child? Are the memories of the quiet days in calm circumstances your solace in your present circumstances?
Those were the sheltered times I give to newborns, My love. That is when I teach the newly-arrived in My kingdom to know My voice. That is when I allow no doubts or questions to plague you while you are building relationship with Me.
From there, once you are strong enough, I bring you out of the shelter where the wind can strike you and where briars and thorns are found among the pasture, and sudden storms can bring cold rain and fearful thunder. In it all, My dear one, I have never stopped being your Shepherd.
I never sleep, I am never distracted, I am always guarding you from the enemies who circle, looking to devour you. Though you mingle with goats, I know all that are mine, and I put a difference between you and them. They do not have My care, though they are found among My flock, and in the times of testing, the occasions of My judgment, those differences are noticeable.
Remember My voice, My chosen one, and do not follow after the other herd or heed the voice of the other shepherds, though the pressure is great to follow the larger numbers. You are Mine, and I am Yours, and it is My rod and My staff that bring you comfort in the wilderness.
Stay close to My side during these current times, and know My shielding love.

May you allow the Lord to open your mind so you can understand the Scriptures, for He will send you to be witnesses of His promises as you are clothed with power from on high. Luke 24

May your eyes be opened to recognize Jesus in others whenever the bread of His Word is blessed, broken, and shared with each other. Luke 24

May you shout for joy to the Lord and worship the Lord with gladness, coming before Him with joyful songs, knowing and acknowledging that the Lord is God. For it is He Who made us, and we are His people, the sheep of His pasture. Psalm 100

May you enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise, giving thanks to Him as you praise His name, for the Lord is good and His love endures forever, even as His faithfulness continues through all generations. Psalm 100
