ROMs game is a video games term an abbreviation for Read Only Memory. The term is most often used in the context of development and distribution of altered copies (or "hacks") of existing games. These hacks can include minor changes to a game's graphics, levels, physics and other aspects; they can also add new playable characters or modes, or change the in-game text into another language.
ROMs are popular games that provide hours and hours of entertainment to players all over the world. However, not all people are willing to pay the full price for the game when there are other websites offering it for free. Therefore, many people turn to ROMs games in order to save money.
The very first video game made is called " Tennis for Two " and was invented in 1958 by William Higinbotham at the Brookhaven National Laboratory in New York. Later, in 1971, Nolan Bushnell developed Pong , which is considered one of the most important video games created so far since it was played all over Stanford University campus. The main idea of Pong was to provide an entertainment activity that would increase training effectiveness of its users.
