Daily blessings and prayers from Scripture.

Psalm 94:18-19 When I said, My foot slippeth; Thy lovingkindness, O Jehovah, held me up. In the multitude of my thoughts within me Thy comforts delight my soul.

John 14:27 Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.

Hosea 10:12 Sow for yourselves righteousness, reap the fruit of unfailing love, and break up your unplowed ground; for it is time to seek the LORD, until He comes and showers righteousness on you.

Psalm 51:6 Surely you desire truth in the inner parts; you teach me wisdom in the inmost place

Romans 12:2 Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is-His good, pleasing and perfect will.

Proverbs 8:11 For wisdom is better than rubies; and all the things that may be desired are not to be compared to it.

May you submit your plans to the oversight of the Lord and give your dreams into the hands of God, yielding your hopes into the control of the Spirit, even though they may be dashed to the ground and broken into pieces, smashed beyond repair, for only when we release that which we hold on to can we receive what the Lord is offering; He Who is filled with mercy and compassion has already made full provision, and has promised to complete that which He has started. Jeremiah 19

May you sing to the Lord and give Him praise for He rescues the life of the needy from the hands of the wicked. Jeremiah 20

May you speak the word of the Lord, though many mock and the words you speak are violent, for if you choose to speak no more in His name, hoping to avoid the insult and reproach from those who hear it, you will find that His word is in your heart like a fire, and you grow weary in your very bones holding it in, and indeed, you cannot; but the Lord is with you like a mighty warrior. Since you have committed your cause to Him Who examines the righteous and probes the heart and mind, you will see your persecutors stumble and fail, thoroughly disgraced. Jeremiah 20

May you give justice every morning to those you encounter and rescue from the hand of his oppressor the one who has been robbed, restoring to them, from the abundance you have been given by the Spirit, what the enemy has taken -- strength, joy, faith, mercy, trust, kindness, compassion, acceptance, dignity, self-worth -- lest the anger of the Lord break out like fire, for He is setting before all the way of life and death so that each can make their choice, according to what is in their hearts. Jeremiah 21

My child, do not despair in your imperfections and failings.
Though you mourn your transgressions and shortcomings, do not fail to rejoice at the same time that they will never be mentioned against you. I will not remember your sin, for I have paid your debt. When a debt is paid, it ceases to exist; the note is torn up, the pieces are burned to ashes, and the dust is scattered to the wind.
Therefore no power or authority can re-assemble them to bring valid accusation against you. You are accepted in Me before the Father as Adam was in his innocence, and more, for you wear My divine righteousness.
In all the misery you can look at in your life, all the despair you feel in your situation, all the helplessness that you have known, I want you to realize, My cherished one, that you are a child of God. With God as your Father, My power is present and at work within you to accomplish infinitely more than you might ask or think.
My purpose shall be completed in you by My hand, which is more than sufficient to meet the need, conquer the shortcomings, and triumph over the failings that you are reminded of throughout the day by the enemy. He speaks to you of the flesh and the carnal nature, which will soon disappear; My work in you is in the spirit, which will remain through eternity to My glory.
There is no place where you cannot feel at home in My presence. Abide in comfortable fellowship with Me, wait in expectant patience before Me, receive with gladness My truth which works life in you.
Know more and more each day greater depths of My love, wider expanses of My mercy, and higher heights of My compassion, sufficient to meet the needs of any I send you to as My witness.

May you not be like others, who are asleep, for you are of the light and of the day, so be alert and self-controlled, putting on faith and love as a breastplate and the hope of salvation as a helmet, for I did not appoint you to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through Me, therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing. 1 Thessalonians 5

May you respect those who work hard among you, who are over you in the Lord and who admonish you, holding them in the highest regard in love because of their work, living in peace with each other, and warning those who are idle, encouraging the timid, helping the weak, being patient with everyone, ensuring no one pays back wrong for wrong, but always try to be kind to each other and to everyone one else. 1 Thessalonians 5

May you be joyful always, giving thanks in all circumstances, praying continually, turning all things into a prayer, making your thoughts into a conversation with God, abiding in His presence, and letting Him dwell in your praises, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus. 1 Thessalonians 5

May you not stifle or extinguish the Spirit's fire as it cleanses and purifies the heart and mind from the stain of sin, and may you not treat the testimony of Jesus, the utterance of the Spirit, the encouragement of the Father, the forth-telling of the scriptures, and the fore-telling in the scriptures, with contempt or rejection out-of-hand, but test everything against the written Word, holding on to the good and avoiding every kind of evil. 1 Thessalonians 5

May God Himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through, so that your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, for the One Who calls you is faithful and He will do it. 1 Thessalonians 5

May you defend the cause of the frail and fatherless, maintain the rights of the poor and oppressed, rescuing the weak and needy, delivering them from the hand of the wicked, executing the judgment of the Father, Who will rise up and judge the nations of the earth. Psalm 82
