FAITH WITHOUT TRUST? -

 We would never be able to excercise FAITH without TRUST.

 Three keys to build trust;

 * Know the ways of YAHWEH Elohim (God)

 * Know YAHWEH Elohim and have an ongoing relationship with HIM

 * Remember your history with Elohim and how HE has acted on your behalf.

 Know HIS ways - How do we know HIS ways? - By reading His Word the Bible. The turth is there is no better way to get to know Elohim and His ways than by reading HIS Word. You need just a little measure of trust by knowing that by reading the Bible and know HIS ways. Trust is vitally important in our lives and just in giving a little effort to Elohim's way, we will begin to understand that HE always has a reason for allowing something to come our way. This basis our understanding of the scripture that instructs us to give thanks in everything.

 Trust is so important, so how do we know Elohim (God) and form a relationship with HIM?

 When we form a relationship with someone we begin to understand the things they do, in fact as that relationship grows we begin to even anticipate what that person will do in any given circumstnce. The same is true for Elohim. Relationship with Him is invaluable in the times you don't understand what Elohim is doing, but, you TRUST HIM. You trust Him when your think your sinking and falling apart, relationships insures that we can relay on the TRUTH that all things work together for the good even when it seems very bad. This is the very essence of the begining of TRUST.

 And finally how do we recall our History with YAHWEH Elohim?

 Think back in times when you went though trials and tribulations and even through the valley of the shadow of death and remember how Elohim was with you. This history is invaluable to establish your TRUST, it will enegize your faith and trust.

 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil; for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table for me before ones vexing me; You anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over. Surely, goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I shall dwell in the house of YAHWEH for days without end. Psalm 23: 4-6 [Hebraic Roots Bible Literal Translation].

 This is probably David's most beautiful psalm showing his total trust and appeasement with YAHWEH as his shepherd. Being a shepherd himself David knew that in order for a sheep to feel totally content he must have security, food, water, and he must feel safety under the hand of his shepherd. David is showing in this psalm that no matter what else is around him, that his trust and security in YHWH is all that he needs for contentment.

 This compared to a sheep having no pasture and stagnant water to drink. However with YAHWEH as shepherd there will always be abundance of food and water for peaceful living. The rod is to fight off predators and the staff is to gently lead the sheep when they go off track. The rod and staff could also be compared to the Torah (instructions) in the 1st Covenant and YAHWEH'S grace in the New Covenant —
