What to do in the FFXIV endgame?

My personal experience on what to do on endgame in Final Fantasy XIV

When you reach the maximum level 50 with your fighter, the end of the flagpole is far from reached. Alone, the campaign will keep you busy for many hours, sending you into instances like Castrum Meridianum or fighting the mighty Primae. Do not wait to continue playing the main story of FFXIV! For many high-level content, you must have completed the campaign mission "The Ultimate Weapon," but subsequent orders are also required to unlock new content, such as the various Primae.

Secondary quests

There is also a lot to do besides the main story: secondary scenarios such as the Hildibrand quest series, the puzzles of Winebaud or the daily assignments of fractions such as the sylphs or the Amalj'aa (Ring of the Ashes, southern Thanalan. You can also work your way up through your state society by completing bestiary tasks and deliveries, or participating in FATEs. Throughout your adventures, you'll be unlocking new group challenges in Content Search.

Get good gear

For many group challenges of content search, you may not sign up until your gear and weapons are good enough. But even in the later campaign quests, you can only continue without help if you are constantly working on your equipment composition. You can do that, of course, by loot, which with a bit of luck you pick off defeated enemies. On the other hand, it is possible to have craftsmen make proper armor and weapons or to invest a few FFXIV Gil in new parts of the Quartermaster of the State Company. If you need Gil, you can find many ffxiv gil for sale offers online.

Get new items

At  Merchant Auriana, you will  stock up on new armor pieces and accessories such as rings and bracelets. You have to get a good weapon in another way. The first port of call is your state corporation or craftsman - there you'll get level 55 weapons. It's better if you jump into the first Primae tests as soon as possible, because with luck you'll be able to tap into better items. At Ifrit, you'll find level 60 weapons, Garuda drops level 70 weapons, and Titan level 80 rewards.

It took a long time for the author of these lines to finally lift his relic weapon to heaven.

But even if you are lucky with the Primae and draw a weapon from the treasure chest, you should go in parallel to the relic weapons quest line. Although this is very long and expensive, but worth the effort! The first level of Relic Weapon already has Item Level 80, then you can upgrade it three more times until you finally have a Level 110 Spanking in your hands. Otherwise, you'll only get an equivalent in the "Tangled Shadow of Bahamut" - the most difficult challenge in the game. The quest line for your Relic Weapon will start at Nedrick Ironheart after completing your class and job assignments and the "The Ultimate Weapon" campaign mission. You also need access to the "The Ruins of Amdapor."
