This morning I ran 2 miles with my dog. Picture of Mt. Rainier while on a 3.5 mile walk in the afternoon.

I haven't been posting for awhile because I lost USAlife. I couldn't log in for weeks. Works now.

There is a nice hill in my golf community about 1.5 miles from my house and right next to the location of tee time. So I jog over to the hill and do my hill sprints. This morning, I got a late start. My plan was 8 x 50m uphill hard. The sun was coming up and at the top of the hill was one of the school bus stops. So I start my sprints, running hard then walking back down. Some kid at the bus stop was staring at me. I guess old ladies don't get out much for early morning hill sprints. Then a group of retired guys on the golf course, (can't say old because I'm that age)getting ready for tee time were staring at me. Finally on sprint #5 , one comes over and ask why I am running uphill, like downhill would be easier. SMH. I explain I am doing hill sprints. Then he says I am making him exhausted just watching me run fast uphill. I reply I am 60 this month and training for a 5K. He tells me to be careful and goes back to his group. Then they start making comments like, your last one was faster. LOL? I finished all 8 and jogged back home. Found 3 quarters in the road so I even made money today. ?
