THE BIG STORY; PHILIPIINES: Tropical Depression #21 has formed off our northeast coast. It is headed directly for northern Luzon. It is a weak LPA at this time and the models are NOT clear concerning how strong the storm will be when it arrives in the next two days. Right now, it looks like a severe rain event with a little wind. I will keep you updated. See the video

Update: 10-6-2019 1730hrs;
THE BIG STORY: Guam to PREPARE NOW for a hit from the latest typhoon HAGIBIS, winds predicted to be from 144-185km/h. (96-130MPH). HAGIBIS is expected to come ashore in the next 24hrs. Store FOOD and Water for at least a week; have charged cell phones and flashlights as power is expected to go out.
PILIPPINES: Expect calm weather for the next couple of days with scattered showers in the evening.
HONG KONG/MACAU: Expect continued rain with persistent cloud cover for the next 1-2 days.
VIETNAM: Expect scattered showers late in the day, especially in the north and southern areas.
TAIWAN: Stay ALERT for the next few days as storm HAGIBIS approaches. It is predicted to be a CAT5 storm. Be prepared for a CAT5 Super-Typhoon event. We are watching this closely.

THE BIG STORY: We have a new Tropical Depression that has formed over East of Guam. It will miss Guam and the Philippines, but head toward Japan again! I will keep you updated. See video.

PHILIPPINES/VIETNAM/MACAU/HONG KONG: Convection as the land mass cools off, forming thunderstorms in the evening. Expect short showers for the next few days in the evening.
GUAM: Clear weather with pop-up storms late in the day if any rain at all over the next few days.
