Spent the morning cleaning out my nasal passages 😂😂 I processed 3 pounds of horseradish root. I made 1/2 pound into simple prepared horseradish with a little salt and vinegar which we can use to make creamy horseradish later; and the rest I preserved in ACV for use in making fire cider later as gifts for friends. Peeling and shredding 3 pounds of horseradish felt like experiencing the off-gassing of my hubby's clothing after he spent the day manning gas chamber. 💪🏼💪🏼🔥🔥 #homesteading #preparedness #herbs #naturalhealth
