Why in the world did Jesus need to pray? He was, after all, the Son of God! Yet, He was also the son of man that lived His life in such a way that we could look at Him and know how we are to live our lives. Part of His assignment on this ea
rth was to be a role model for every aspect of a Godly life, including the priority of prayer. Yes, He came to show us how to live the way the Father intended for all of us to live. Now He is forever interceding on our behalf, expecting us to walk in all that He has done for us, to walk in the abundance of who He is and praying that we will grab hold of what we need to grab hold of and come into the fullness of why we were even created.
Pay Very Close Attention! Where are we on God’s Prophetic Timetable? What merits this close attention to "The Third Day" in scripture? Everything that happens in our world was foretold between Genesis and Revelation. We are privileged people, chosen to be alive at this unique time in history, wherein prophesies have come to pass right in front of us. Nothing happens by chance or coincidence in God, His Eternal Plan will unfold and will come to its completion in His Perfect Time. One of God’s clues that pertain to End-Time Prophesies appears in scripture 132 times, it is called “The Third Day”, a day of Victory for those who are waiting for the Lord's Return. This Day leads us into the promise of the 7th Day Millennium Reign – Ruling and Reigning with Jesus. Yes, this is absolutely going to happen - "The Third Day", we are in it NOW.
The question is will you dare to pray like the Prophet Daniel and learn from him – to be persistent and have an unrelenting prayer life; and to understand that there is more happening in the invisible (spiritual) realm which is far more powerful than the visible (natural) realm that brings doubt, fear, anxiety and not being settled. The Lord says we triumph in prayer because we never pray alone, and we always have God’s angelic help.
