Letter from God given to a Watcher on the Wall

To: The Church
Satan comes to steal, kill, and destroy. Leviathan has been let loose to govern over the church. The Spirit of God comes in to flush him out, but His people are too blind, ignorant, and apathetic to see that he is sleeping in their midst. None bother him and when he does leave, he is enabled to come back to his warm nest. They will have a rude awakening as blind eyes are opened and the answers as to "Why?" are answered.
They must watch and pray, cast out and pull down old strongholds. There must be a change in the body of Christ before there can be a change in the sanctuaries. There is no strength, there is no power save the Lord God himself. As Job was afflicted, so the church of Christ's righteous is afflicted. They are weak, they are ignorant of the Lord's ways, plans, and wishes. They come together and seek, yea, but they seek after the wrong things. They bring with them all of the worldly lust complete with their personal demands. They do not come prostrate at His feet, because they do not know Him as He really is. They do not see Him, or spend time with Him, or comprehend who He really is. If they did, they would not have crucified the Lord of Glory and they would not be so careless with Him today.
There is a partial understanding and admiration in the body today, but not a full comprehension and willingness to know, to live, to believe as the first church did. This is the lazy, half-baked, lukewarm Laodicean church of which John speaks. There is a fullness and an emptiness at the same time.
Leviathan is big and strong. He is taking up all the space and driving God's people out. They prefer to go around, rather than to go in where he remains. He is wonderful and magnificent to behold. He is a thing of beauty, but in him is wickedness beyond compare. He lays in wait to devour the word, the people, the plans of God. He robs of hope, murders with his lies and kills off the body, preferring the company of his own.
Open your eyes, dear church! Open your ears, dear church! Open your minds to Christ and give your hearts over to the Master of Light! Do not be deceived. Do not come in as unsaved and walk out unchanged. Rise up! See Christ for what He is. See Him as He really is as Job did. Repent, as Job did. Walk out, come out. Watch, pray. Repent and be as Job in his latter years.
Come to life, dear church, my body, my children. I am your Father and the Chief Cornerstone. Be as the church of Philadelphia and come into the ways of Ephesus. Behold the Lord God is here. He is now! You are not alone in this fight, but you must awake from your slumber. Awake from your dream state. Come into the functional truth of God, as He is, and how it has been written for you. Fear not and be not afraid, my dear church, my dear children. Hold fast to my words and rejoice in my promises for I have said that I would never leave nor forsake you, nor leave you in lack. Fear not, but rejoice and be glad. Give thanks for all is well. In Jesus' name, Amen.
