It's very helpful to remember that this man, historically, has lied more often than he's told the truth. He may now, with his supposed "mental decline" be even less likely to be truthful.
In actuality, this man never came close to being the sharpest knife in the drawer. His most notable talent or skill was/is his ability to peddle whatever influence he had. He's been a bully and a wanna-be thug. He's a criminal and he heads a crime family. He's a traitor at best... and he's #notmypresident.
