Proclamation

We the people do hereby proclaim the President, Vice President and members of the Democrat United States Congress to be in violation of the United States Constitution including their sworn oaths of office under Article VI )( 3, The Bill of Rights, States Rights, the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Declaration of Independence all preventing We the People from forming a more perfect union.

That they in concert have allowed the deterioration of our First Amendment rights, failed to enforce our immigration laws resulting in the deterioration of our safety, well-being and prosperity. In concert have deprived us of employment subverting our well-being and our pursuit of happiness. Have infringed and unduly influenced the quality of our youth’s education and in some cases prevented it all together. They have allowed members of Congress to proclaim criteria for office appointments in violation of Public Law 88-352 (78 Stat. 241).

They have allowed the dissemination of false information and suppression of truth thus preventing us from making intelligent decisions in the exercise of our rights to vote and elect our representatives. They have expended tax money to advance their partisan agendas while depriving citizens in need of the basic necessities of life. They have engaged in activities which place the well-being and safety of its citizens in peril from foreign influence and aggressive acts. They have erected barriers and stationed military troops resulting in the people not having access to their Congressional houses.

They have enacted policies and are engaged in acts to subvert the oath of our military personnel under 10 USC )(502 to further a partisan agenda. They are attempting through legislation to make action against the States and its citizens to subvert the free and fair exercise of electing their representatives. We the People proclaim we are deprived of relief under Article II )( 4 of the United States Constitution to correct these abuses.

Whereas these rights are bestowed upon us by God leaving no government with the authority to infringe upon them in any manner we hereby Proclaim this indictment of abuses by the present government as true and valid. Thus, proclaiming said government has no legal or moral authority over We the People to govern their affairs. As a result, we further proclaim and order the States to conduct elections immediately so that We the People have the avenue in which to elect representatives to replace the existing President, Vice President and members of Congress to assure our Republics continuation.

We the People of the United States proclaim the existing government has subverted our rights to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, ensure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity. We hereby demand relief from all the stated abuses.
