Squatters- there is an increasing problem of squatters living in empty houses. Many jurisdictions have laws that protect the squatters from eviction, but there are new strategies that are working:
1.) Building inspections. A building inspector does not need a court order to enter and inspect the house, and only has to give 24 hours notice.
2.) Remove all the exterior doors. It is illegal to change the locks, but not to remove the doors. The squatters soon move out when they have no doors.
3.) Hire a tough professional squatter to move in, and take over as a dominant squatter. The other squatters move out, and the hired squatter hands the house over to the owners.

In California squatters are taking over people’s properties so this company called Squatter Squad is coming in and REMOVING THEM ??
If they don’t want to come out prove they’re on the lease, they’ll rip the doors off the property and force them out
