On March 31, 2024 (Resurrection Sunday) at 01:O0 UTC; most of Europe will move their clocks ahead one hour to observe summer time. Belarus, Russia, and Turkey do not change clocks. The move will put government time further away from local mean time in the vast majority of the clock change areas in Europe. One exception is the part of Poland east of 22 degrees 30' E. The European Union considered ending the clock changes in the EU, but they have always had an excuse not to end the clock changes
