Federal authorities have arrested an illegal alien from Brazil who is suspected of raping a child on Martha’s Vineyard – after he was released into the U.S. by Border Patrol and served time for another offense in Massachusetts. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) recently announced the apprehension of 24-year-old Warley Neto on the posh, ultra-liberal enclave off Cape Cod.
