There are articles every day about the Trump administration pressuring Israel to give up the war, to stop fighting against Irans nuclear weapons program, to accept Hezbolas presence in Lebanon, including south of the Litani river, which is a strategy that has already been exposed as insufficient. I suppose we should get used to the idea that other than openly calling for Israel to surrender to terrorist forces, like the Biden administration did, all we have now is a Trump administration that does not say so openly.
Perhaps Israel can act in a way that defies Trumps multicultural mandate. Perhaps without being able to openly defy Israel, Israel will have greater latitude to act in its defense. Awfully dark, a great deal of speculation. May Israel refuse to surrender. In G-d I trust.
