Keep in mind, by all accounts, Iran controls hezbola, that Israel ceased fire with, after Trump got elected. IDF troops never crossed the Litani river, and the media with the support of multiple Israeli generals, endlessly claim that hezbola and hamas are defeated, promoting the cease fire that the americans demand.
It is highly likely that hezbola still has a vast stockpile of missiles, and the Ayatola is saying in hebrew that his war against Israel will continue. Meanwhile Netanyahu focuses on the idea that with syria is diminished, and that hezbola will have a more difficult time attaining more missiles. Implying just like Israeli media and some Israeli generals, that there is no remaining threat to Israel, while the Ayatola says the Israelis are mistaken.
Netanyahu all but claims that he should be credited with the collapse of syria, while the turks conquer most of the nation, take control of the troops that will soon sit on the border of Israel, claiming that Israel is committing genocide, and his intention to establish a new Caliphate.
Is the only way that Israel can learn, to act, to pre empt, after a great many Jews have perished? I pray that we get back to the time when Israel would recognize threats, and defeat them before they harmed Israel. In G-d I trust.
If the fall of Syria, does not open the door for Israel to attack and neutralize Irans nuclear weapons program, then I don’t think replacing Assad with some jihadis will be of great benefit to Israel. The Turks would benefit by having more control over the kurds, who might have had some independence under Assad. But jihadis always end up calling for war against Israel. They do it in Turkey, they do it in Egypt, they do it in Jordan, and the people do it in Saudi Arabia. I don’t even know if the Saudi leadership doesn’t bad mouth Israel. The Israeli american press probably just covers it up.
I don’t see why we should assume that Syria controlled by Al Qaeda, will not eventually start firing missiles at Israel. The Gazans do, the Lebanese do, even the ‘muslim brotherhood’ in Egypt fires missiles at Israel from the Sinai, every now and then. Unless it is a springboard to attack Iran, taking down Syria is probably only a mild security upgrade. An assumption that the sunnis, are less crazy than the shites, hardly a distinction worth caring about.
Meanwhile the anti Jewish media in America is massive, and everything that happens in Syria, is all part of the Jewish master plan. Those people are unshakable. They think no other people or nations in the world are competing for wealth and power.
If Al qaeda goes into Lebanon, which is likely from a human perspective, hezbola has killed vast numbers of sunni, and who knows how many of Assads murderers have escaped to Lebanon. If al qaeda does that, then it is possible, I would even say likely that the Iranians claim that they are under attack by Zionist forces, and they will not shy away from direct attacks on Israel, and they will unleash their missiles against Israel, in order to change the focus on Israel, and highlight al qaedas claim that they are not interested in war with Israel, which discredits them.
