The Lord has make all things for Himself,
Even the wicked for the day of doom (evil).
Proverbs 16:4

The LORD who created Jacob and formed Israel speaking
in Isaiah 43:7 but the whole chapter is a good chapter.
'God is working His purpose out
And the time is drawing near
Nearer and nearer draws the time
The time that shall surely be
When the glory of God will cover the earth
As the waters cover the sea.'
