These judges have fraudulently exceeded their judicial power which only extends to cases in “Law and Equity” arising under our Constitution. This unconstitutionally places the Judicial Branch in a dictatorial position over the Executive and Legislative Branches of America’s government. Like the Left’s “generally accepted science of global warming,” the fact that a proposition is generally accepted does not mean it is correct.. U.S. courts do not have the enforceable constitutional power to require the Executive, a separate branch of government, to do or not do anything! They especially do not have the power to force the executive to abide by any unconstitutional order.
