Just hours after US CENTCOM Commander Gen. Kurilla landed in Tel Aviv, a new delivery of at least 3 F-35i ADIR FIGHTER JETS arrived in Israel from the US.
They were escorted over the Mediterranean by 2 USAF KC-135R tankers, before reaching their destination at Nevatim Air Base in Israel 🇮🇱
Israel 🇮🇱 received 3 additional new F-35 (#968, #969, #977), bringing the grand total of Israeli F-35s to 45 aircraft. Soon will be 50 before the next batch of 25 to be delivered in the next few years.
In a future escalation, BALLISTIC MISSILE interceptions originating from Iran 🇮🇷 may also be carried out by 🇮🇱 fighter jets. This capability has been theoretically assessed by the U.S. military, and is expected to be operational in the NEAR future using F-35 aircraft during the initial launch phases of ballistic missiles.
