The primary issue with this type of attack, and so many others, is that to many Jewish Israelis have a problem of realizing they are dealing with an issue involving A people. A situation that can only be addressed with collective blame, and potentially collective punishment.
What can you do if some crazy Muslim drives into the electrical station, forcing many to be without power for long periods of time? What if it keeps happening over and over again? Your only recourse, is to deal with the people who are promoting the attacks, who are speaking hate speech against Jews, whose religion and constitution calls for war against Jews.
Arab Muslims who cant make even the most basic of economies, because their mentality is destructive, and every christian nation on the Mediterranean, makes 5 times what they do, despite looking like the Arab Muslims.
They can become a better people, just like the southern Europeans are. But as long as they aren't fighting against Arab aggression internally, and the west plays cheerleader to the jihad against the Jews, then there is nothing that Israel can do. Just like Israel cant spread democracy in communist China. You cant spread Christianity in Saudi Arabia. You cant speak out against the cruelties of Islam, in the UK. Its not in your control, Jewish people of Israel. You can only identify the situation and protect yourself. In G-d I trust.
