A clear majority of American voters support deportation of illegal immigrants.
According to a new survey of likely voters in the 2026 general election, 63.5% support deporting illegal immigrants back to their country of origin. Close to 31% said they did not and just under 6% said they weren’t sure.
The likely voters were asked, “Do you support or oppose deporting those illegally in the United States back to their country of origin?”
