Keep reporting the fake and scam profiles! I know when I report the profiles that are sending me unwanted/intrusive private messages and/or are scammers using photos of other people on the internet and passing them off as their own, those profiles are getting booted from the site in short order.
Don't just block and leave those profiles free to scam others on the site!
