The standard for industrial pipeline anti-corrosion layer, heat insulation layer, and waterproof layer

All metal industrial pipelines require anti-corrosion treatment, and different types of pipelines require different types of anti-corrosion treatment.

The most common anti-corrosion treatment method for above-ground steel pipes is anti-corrosion paint. The specific methods are non-insulated and non-cold light pipes, a layer of epoxy zinc-rich or inorganic zinc-rich primer, one or two layers of epoxy cloud iron intermediate paint, Or heat resistant silicone intermediate paint, one or two layers of polyurethane topcoat or epoxy topcoat, or heat resistant silicone topcoat. After the brush is complete, it is naturally waterproof.

For heat preservation or cold preservation pipelines, only the inorganic zinc-rich primer or heat-resistant silicone aluminum powder heat-resistance paint can be applied. After the coating is completed, an outer thermal insulation layer or cold insulation layer is formed, and a thin aluminum alloy plate is provided outside the thermal insulation layer or cold insulation layer. The protective layer is naturally waterproof.

The dry film thickness of each layer of the above paint film is roughly between 50 microns and 100 microns, which is determined in detail according to the type and characteristics of the paint.
