Its important for all Americans to understand what the issues about the election are and why the courts must uphold the law under the constitution. Only the state legislatures have the authority to govern elections and provide laws and regulations. Federal or state judges have no constitutional authority to change the states election laws. No elected official, such as the secretary of state or group of people, such as the boards of elections can constitutionally change election laws.

The United States Constitution (Article II Section 1) provides:

Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress:

Every states election laws that were changed by federal judges, state judges, secretaries of state, or the election boards are null and void! These alterations are unconstitutional and illegal. All counts should be done according to the election laws each state legislature had in place before these unlawful alterations happened.

I hope all American citizens contact all these state legislatures about upholding their constitutional duties to lawfully provide fair, accurate and constitutionally legal vote counts.

This is what I sent to each state legislature.

For the sake of our Constitutional Republic, I demand that the total vote count of each state is not certified by electors until the state legislature (specific state Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin and Arizona) audits the election results with a full recount. The count must be fair, accurate and legal (according only to the state legislatures laws). There must be Republican observers no more than three feet away. There must be full verification of signatures and the dates on which ballots were received.

Honor our constitution, our citizens and our nation by delivering an accurate, constitutionally legal, and verifiable vote count.

The Ohio Christian Alliance (ohioca.org) sent a Urgent Action Alert for all Ohioans to call members of the House Committee to Stop H.B. 369 LGBTQ Special Rights Bill. THE BILL IS UP FOR ANOTHER HEARING ON THURSDAY NOV. 19.
at nine a,m, in the Civil Justice committee room 116 at Ohio Statehouse.

Radical homosexuals are pushing an LGBTQ special rights bill at the Ohio House Civil Justice Committee, chaired by Rep. Steve Hambley of Medina (District 69). The legislation is scheduled for its second hearing on Tuesday, January 28th, a proponent testimony hearing.
OCA President Chris Long stated, "It is urgent for people of faith across the State of Ohio to make calls, send emails and letters to their state representatives, expressing their concern over this radical special-rights bill. After speaking with members of the clergy across the state, the concern is real. This legislation appears to be on a fast track for passage, and it is urgent that people of faith flood the phone lines at the Ohio Statehouse. We would like to thank Mission America and Ohio Value Voters for joining us in opposing this legislation. This legislative push is about to awaken a sleeping giant in our state."

What's wrong with this bill? - The language is ambiguous and nondescript. - It provides for special rights, not equal rights. - It presents a real threat to religious liberty to churches, synagogues, and houses of worship statewide. - If it were to become law, the church treasuries would be drained from legal battles for years to come. - It violates the privacy rights of women and children by allowing members of the opposite sex to use bathrooms, locker rooms, showers, and athletic programs of their perceived sexual orientation. - H.B. 369 is 111 pages long. These SOGI ordinances have already passed Cuyahoga County, the cities of Medina, Westerville, and Cincinnati, and now they want to push it state-wide. We have to stop them.

Those who wonder what to say as you petition our government and or people of influence just state the facts and ask/demand for results as appropriate. This is a message I sent to a good patriot about Georgia's ballot recount and other voter fraud:

I am curious what your thoughts are about the Georgia ballot recount. I heard the Secretary of State Ben Raffensperger is not going to allow voter signatures to be verified during the recount. Georgia law requires those who vote in person to have identification. Yet during this election those who voted with mail in ballots were not required to provide practical verification. Unless all ballots are fairly, accurately and lawfully counted the potential of voter fraud is rampant.

Thankfully the republicans hold majorities with both chambers of the Georgia legislature. Would it be wise to prepare lists and inform all legal Georgia citizens about these facts and potential problems of voter fraud? Should we encourage them by sending texts to exercise their rights as citizens to petition their government? Should we educate them to diligently contact and demand their state legislatures, secretary of state, governor and any other authoritative elected officials make certain a fair, accurate and lawful vote count will happen?

We must know who legally won all elected positions at the national, state and local level. We also must prevent all those who unlawfully cheated to win their races. Too much is at stake and we must demand transparency.

Furthermore, the states of Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Nevada, Michigan, and Arizona also have evidence of voter fraud. The good news is the republican party holds majorities of both chambers of the state legislators in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan and Arizona. Should lists to text the legal citizens of these states about their respective fraud issues be prepared as well? Should texts be sent to encourage them to exercise their right as citizens to petition their government? Facts about each states specific fraud issues must be told and understood. We the people must know what our duty to our nation is and how to hold our elected officials accountable.

We hold a position of strength that should be exercised. The media has no interest in learning and reporting what is really happened during this election. The ballots counted after election day have no credence because of the way they were handled, how they were counted and where they came from. The voting software must also be legally audited. There are reports of fraud issues concerning software programs called dominion, hammer and scorecard concerning the changing of total vote counts.

So there is a mountain of voter fraud that points to corruption and the democratic political machine. Evidence and facts must be presented to the people. It is obvious a massive amount of voter fraud is happening. Every illegal fraudulent vote cast cancels every legal vote. It must be stopped. The law is on our side.

I believe many Americans would help support this cause. I hope to hear a plan of action that we the people can address. Thanks for all the good work.

Lord God I pray the American people understand what is happening with this current election and all the voter fraud. May they learn what their rights are to petition their government and demand representation with the rule of law.

SOME EXAMPLES OF VOTER FRAUD:
Pennsylvania:
Did not allow the Trump campaign their legal right of a meaningful opportunity to observe the counting of some 600,000 plus votes???

Some democratic county voter workers helped people fix ballots that would have been rejected because of errors. Yet some republican county voter workers followed the rule of law and rejecting ballots that had errors.

Their is testimony The United States Postal Service (endorsed Joe Bidens candidacy), was back dating ballots that were received after November 3rd with a November 3rd hand stamp.

Michigan:
A witness saw 100,000 ballots, all votes for Joe Biden, just magically appeared in the middle of the early morning hours.

OTHER FRAUD ISSUES:
Computer software dominion, hammer, and scorecard giving significant votes to the wrong candidates. Verifying envelopes was not done properly to verify legal ballots. The way many of the ballots were transferred was done illegally not according to protocol. All this evidence and so much more proves massive corruption and voter fraud.

Lord God we praise You that their are multitudes of witness that have come forth with reports of unlawful voter related procedures in many of these states. We know that the dominion software originated from Venezula under the Hugo Chavez regime. We know that a largely significant amount of votes went to the wrong candidate because of this software. We pray more come forward and continue to expose all this corruption. We pray for all those fighting for the rule of law and clean elections have Your favor and victory.

Lord God I pray that the American people understand that the media does not elect the next president. That they know the media and the tech giants have no concern about what is truthfully happening with this election. They are manipulating the masses with propaganda, their search engine results and censorship of posts. They are pushing their false narratives with spin and distortion to their own political agenda that is allied with the radical leftist socialist democratic party.

Lord God I pray we the people will do their duty to our country and petition their government. To contact those who are knowledgeable about fighting voter fraud collectively. That they know the states of Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Nevada and Arizona all have significant evidence of voter fraud. That they demand a fair, accurate and lawful ballot count.

Lord God most importantly I pray the people pray and continue to pray until a legal legitimate and non fraudulent vote count is verified. Lord we ask you for your mercy and favor and grace to deliver us from all this corruption.

Lord God I pray that every American citizen will contact their congressmen, senators and state legislatures to address the rampant fraud and corruption of this 2020 election. Those of us who reverence our constitution and constitutional republic must demand that it is defended. Only legal votes are to be counted concerning every elections across the nation.

I wrote to both of my senators. I tried to write to my congresswoman (Marcia Fudge) many times but her website would not successfully send the message.

"Myself and we the people want you to know we are watching you and what action will be taken to make sure the rule of law and justice is served regarding this election. We want you to put pressure on all other senators, congressmen, state legislatures and the department of justice to thoroughly investigate all this voter fraud. A half wit could conclude that there would be significant fraud with the suspension of ballot counts and extra days of voting. The way this election is being conducted is absolutely unacceptable.

Ask them do you have questions for the proper authorities to deal with this matter? Why wasn't the Justice Department securing ballots, policing the election places, forcing court orders and investigating this from the second they stopped the ballot count. This election must be diligently researched with evidence of a continuous and thorough investigation. It is prudent to secure all legal votes and remove all illegal and fraudulent votes from the count.

Judicial Watch reports:
That Pennsylvania has 800,000 names on their voter rolls then are not eligible to vote. Clark County, Nevada, has a voter roll of 102% of its population. That's 154,000 names that should not be eligible to vote. They also found 1,000,000 names on North Carolina's voter rolls that should not be there.

Add to that the computer program "glitches" of Hammer and Scorecard, the prevention of vote count observers, the whistle blowers from the United States Postal Service and all the other evidence of fraud yet to be revealed and or realized. Do you think this election was conducted in an appropriate way? Will state legislatures endorse what happened this election?

This may be the most corrupt election in the history of the United States of America!

I hope with all my heart you and all those you know who can correct this travesty will do so quickly and with great diligence. I encourage you to fight the good fight and make sure the rule of law stands."

Lord I pray that the American people will exercise their right to petition their government about this 2020 election.Lord I specifically hope that the citizens of Georgia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona and Nevada will contact both chambers of their legislatures.
