I Am Poor and Needy. Save Me According to Your Mercy.
===========================================

Give Thanks to the Lord Who Delivers Us from Distress
==========================================

The author uses four troubles to illustrate our need for God's care: wanderers in the wilderness, prisoners, disease, and a storm at sea. We should learn to call on God when we are in distress, especially because of sin. When He delivers us, we should remember to praise and thank Him.
