Here is something I have not seen anyone talking about. (It’s a constitutional fact — look it up.) The Electoral College must cast its ballots on the first Monday after the second Wednesday in December – this year, Dec. 14. If disputed state vote totals are not resolved by six days prior to that date, Congress can step in, under the 1887 Electoral Account Act. To help you understand the outcome of THAT scenario, watch this one-minute excerpt of a TED Talk given by Van Jones prior to last week’s election.
