Try to get a backyard garden going folks, food prices at the stores are just going to keep getting higher as inflation grows.
Plus having your own garden you know exactly where your food have come from, too many stores do not sell local farmer's veggies.
Support your local farmer's as much as you can at local farmer's markets and keep buying local.
Try to increase your veggie gardens each year, learn new skills and barter with your family and friends.... and trade different veggies you all grow with veggies they grow in their backyards.
As things get tighter with increasing costs, keep buying seeds as you see them, so you can keep having a garden in the comping years, and learn how to save seeds from the veggie plants that you grow. That will also help save you some money.

Make sure you get your backyard gardens planted this year folks, and plan on doing a bigger backyard garden each year afterwards.
If you want your family to thrive and survival, you gotta NOT eat what the evil people want you to eat.
Bust out Granny's cookbook, and start cooking your own meals, support your local farmers and shop less out of the "food stores" that are not really selling "good" or "healthy" foods anymore.
