"THIS" is fantastic news!
"EXCEPT" it opened a whole new "can of worms"! It will "probably" really piss off the "other" drug cartels and they "may" attack the Mexican government relentlessly now.
But at least it's a start in the RIGHT DIRECTION BY THE MEXICAN GOVERNMENT!
