I have always wanted truth more than happiness. After seeing much suffering in Africa, and the drowning death of my cousin, I became an atheist in junior high school. Jesus had mercy on me, opening my eyes in 1971. He forgave my sin, and gave me the ability to love I lacked before. He is still making me the kind of man he wants me to be, but I have Joy. Raised in San Fernando Valley, CA. Lived in Belgium and Africa 1961 to 1963. Missionary high school teacher (Agape Movement of CRU) in Swaziland 1975 to 1977. Married to Sue since 1977. Lived in San Diego 10 years, Mass Properties and Predesign engineer for General Dynamics. During 2 years built parents house in Oregon and attended Conservative Baptist Seminary. Since 1989 live in Dallas: home-schooled 4 children, all married now, and 3 grand-daughters (one more on the way). Work for avionics company, testing and certification; lightning and HIRF compliance specialist. Compose music for Scripture and lead worship. God has been good to give me trials and blessings. God deepened my understanding of His love. During Swaziland got sick with what turned into chronic fatigue for 25 years; learned a lot about health. Now mostly retired from engineering: busy caring for my wife and family, serving in 2 churches, composing and recording music.
