Happy Warrior Wednesday!! Everybody has thoughts. Everybody has opinions. As Believers, however, we are not to err on the side of humanity. We are called to be set-apart and to be Holy as our Father, God, is Holy. We are not to mix holy and profane or clean with unclean. God tells us:
Ezekiel 22:26 “Her priests have violated my law, and have profaned mine holy things: they have PUT NO DIFFERENCE between the holy and profane, neither have they shewed difference between the unclean and the clean, and have hid their eyes from my sabbaths, and I AM PROFANED AMONG THEM.”
Ezekiel 44:23 “And they shall teach my people the difference between the holy and profane, and CAUSE THEM TO DISCERN BETWEEN UNCLEAN AND THE CLEAN.”
Joshua 6:18 “And ye, in any wise keep yourselves FROM the accursed thing, LEST YE MAKE YOURSELVES ACCURSED, WHEN YE TAKE OF THE ACCURSED THING, AND MAKE THE CAMP OF ISRAEL A CURSE AND TROUBLE IT.”
Job 14:4 “Who can bring a clean thing out of an unclean? NOT ONE.” In other words, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE.
We have no excuse for finding the truth. We have search engines that will locate and list all (or most) verses in God’s Word that contain any word you choose. If you want to know what God says about “profane,” your search would look like this: “Scripture re profane”. Pretty simple.
Do the Children of God ACTUALLY STAND IN HIS WORD, or have we been deceived by the Enemy to believe and practice the doctrine of the world? This is a serious thing, Warriors.
So, what will it be? Will you STAND with God’s Word or against it? Because YOU CANNOT DO BOTH!
