Last July, Gab decided that free members could not scroll back and see other free member's content past 2 months in history. Today, I come home from doing a craft fair, and find Gab's decided free members are not allowed to access the site using their VPN. It's no vpn, or go pro to surf their site using your vpn! They claim trouble cracking down on bad actors using VPN services. Personally, I find this argument weak, but that's their logic. If you are on Gab and have been sharing my content there, you are free to continue doing so, but maybe add a note that if your followers there have been trying to also follow me there, that no new content will be posted by me directly until Gab rescinds this latest effort to force users to pay up or ship out. I don't pay a platform unless that platform is earning me money. Gab has done various things over the years that have made me second guess being there, and I guess, I've been forced out. I'm not turning off my vpn as a free member!
