REGISTRATION

Prior to surgery, all patients are required to complete an admission form that includes the crucial preadmission health questionnaire. The foundation for your medical record is this document. You have a choice between two methods for signing up:
Fill out the papers your doctor's office sends you, or
Online registration is the preferred way for PREADMIT.

RECEPTION

Your first point of contact is with us. Prior to admission, our receptionist will verify that all required paperwork and consents have been signed. ADMISSIONS

The admissions nurse will get in touch with you the day before to make sure we have all the medical data we need to admit you. RECOVERY

After your surgery, you will awaken here. A nurse will be by your side as you enter recovery to keep an eye on your development. When you are well enough and your nurse is satisfied with your development, you will be transferred to one of the recliners. You will be served food and drink at this location. Inform the nurse if you have any particular dietary requirements so that your needs can be accommodated. The nurse will contact your carer to come pick you up once you've had something to eat and drink and are feeling well enough.
