Praying Psalm 16:8-9
Heavenly Father, I have set You Lord continually before me; because You are at my right hand, I shall not be moved. Therefore my heart is glad and my glory, (my inner self) rejoices; my body too, shall rest and confidently dwell in safety, through my Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

Father of Lord Jesus, this is how I may discern that I am coming to know You; that is to perceive, recognize, understand, and become better acquainted with You: if I keep (bear in mind, observe and practice) Your teachings (precepts, commandments), this day and forever. Amen.
