COVID is the means to track people at restaurants, social and religious gatherings and see whom is meeting who. COVID is the means to institute widespread voter fraud and interference of elections through mail in voting and induced fear of gatherings. Coupled with riots and violence and threats concerning outcomes this has been a well orchestrated coup.
